REFUND POLICY

- For all products sold on www.safe4eat.com (HILLTTEN NATURALS PVT.LTD), we provide a 15 Day Replacement Guarantee for customers who find a manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 15 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
- For Replacements within 15 delivery days, please contact customer care at support@safe4eat.com or call us at (+91) 77360 74330 (Time 10 am to 5.30pm Sat/Sunday Holiday)
- Please Note : Replacement can be for the product subject to availability of the same with www.safe4eat.com
- Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.safe4eat.com (HILLTTEN NATURALS PVT.LTD) Will bear the 100% cost of return.
- In Selected location by HILLTTEN NATURALS PVT.LTD Within 15 working days, customer will get new replacement product.
- For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, HILLTTEN NATURALS PVT.LTD Will refund the 100% amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If the product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact customer care at support@safe4eat.com or call us at (+91) 77360 74330 (Time 10 am to 5.30pm Sat/Sunday Holiday) and inform about the non-receipt of the product. Please make sure you inform the customer care both by email & over the phone.
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
- If the customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction, If She/he Wants.
- If the refund is initiated before the product is shipped, then the 100% amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
- To initiate the refund request go to your orders section and intimate the refund or cancel order or call our Customer Care Department on (+91) 77360 74330 (Time 10 am to 5.30pm Sat/Sunday Holiday)
- If the refund is initiated after the product is shipped, then no refund request will be accepted.
